Position: Banking Team Leader Department: Sales Experience: 2–5 years in Banking / Financial Services / Loan Sales Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full time Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of banking/loan sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team. Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

Handle customer requirements related to Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP. Monitor team performance and achieve assigned business targets. Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity.

Maintain daily sales reports and update management on team performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.



Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and banking policies.

RequirementsGraduate degree in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, loan sales, or financial services. Previous team-handling experience is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and target-oriented approach. Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
