Responsibilities

- Confirm and settle trades executed on the MT5 platform, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
- Collaborate with the middle office and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth trade settlements.
- Reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy of account balances, trade records, and other financial data.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances or transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of trades, transactions, account information, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account statements, trades, settlements, and other back-office processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all back-office functions.




- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to back-office operations.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the MT5 backend system, ensuring its functionality and usability for the front and middle office teams.
- Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to address system-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Generate and analyze reports on back-office activities, including trade settlement, account reconciliation, and transaction processing.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform routine system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory workplace and daily backup tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a back-office role within the financial industry, preferably in CFD trading using the MT5 backend.
- Familiarity with the MT5 backend system and its functionalities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and account reconciliation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Engineers dealing with Database (SQL) preferred.
- 3-4 years of Experience
