Job Title: Backend Executive / Computer Operator Department: Operations / MIS Location: Head Office, Zirakpur Employment Type: Full time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary Budget: ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Backend Executive / Computer Operator to manage operational data, MIS reports, documentation, and system updates. The candidate should have strong Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Manage operational data and ensure timely system updates. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.

Use Pivot

Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, and conditional formatting for data analysis. Prepare reports and reconcile data from different sources. Maintain and update records in WMS/ERP systems . Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, inventory, and operations teams.





Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrections. Maintain proper documentation and operational trackers. Support management with required reports and data. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of operational information.

Required Skills Advanced MS Excel | MIS Reporting | Data Entry | Data Reconciliation | WMS/ERP | Data Analysis | Documentation | Reporting | Operational Coordination | Attention to Detail Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Computer/IT-related qualification will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience . Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Experience with WMS/ERP systems preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
