We are looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst / Process Transformation Consultant with strong experience in healthcare claims, process improvement, automation, and process/task mining.

? What You'll Do

Analyze and document healthcare workflows across claims adjudication, prior authorization, denials, and RCM

Partner with healthcare stakeholders to identify operational pain points and transformation opportunities

Create process maps, data-flow diagrams, and detailed process documentation

Leverage Process Mining & Task Mining to discover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities

Quantify automation opportunities through ROI and business case development

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA/automation teams

Drive process standardization and optimization across claims intake, validation, adjudication, and denial management

Support automation implementation, change management, and adoption

? Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Claims, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Process Transformation

✅ Solid understanding of the end-to-end healthcare claims lifecycle

✅ Experience with EDI 837/835, prior authorization, adjudication, denials & appeals

✅ Hands-on exposure to UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining, Celonis, or similar tools

✅ Experience with healthcare platforms such as Epic, Facets, TriZetto, Availity, or Change Healthcare

✅ Knowledge of RPA and automation concepts, preferably UiPath





✅ Strong experience in process re-engineering, stakeholder management, and business case/ROI development

✅ Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills

⭐ Preferred

UiPath Process Mining / RPA certification

Lean / Six Sigma certification

SQL / data analysis

HL7 / FHIR

AI-led healthcare transformation

Digital transformation / healthcare consulting experience

PMP / Agile certification

➕ Nice to Have

Carelon / Availity or similar payer portal automation

Quanum experience

Prior Auth, Eligibility, Claims, or RCM experience

Experience with healthcare order documents

POD / pooled-delivery experience

Portfolio or recorded agentic/automation demo
