Morris Matrix is looking for a confident, professional, and business-oriented B2B Senior Manager to join our team.

This is a corporate-facing role where you will represent Morris Matrix in meetings with senior management, HR leaders, business heads, and key decision-makers .

What you'll be responsible for

- Building and developing B2B relationships with organizations
- Conducting professional meetings with corporate management
- Presenting Morris Matrix and our business proposition
- Negotiating and converting business discussions into partnerships/contracts
- Building long-term corporate relationships
- Following up with decision-makers and driving opportunities toward closure
- Representing the company with a strong professional presence
- Travelling with the team for corporate meetings when required

What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of qualified English




- Confident in negotiations and business discussions
- Ability to influence, convince, and communicate effectively with decision-makers
- Strong professional presence and corporate etiquette
- Comfortable with travel for business meetings
- Previous B2B/business development experience is preferred

? Compensation Probation: ₹20,000/month | 3 months

Performance Incentive: Additional ₹20,000 during probation

Post-Probation: ₹7 LPA CTC

Annual Increment: Fixed 10% hike

? Joining: September 2026
