- Degree: BAMS with MD in Ayurveda from a recognized, prestigious institution.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven expertise and high diagnostic precision in Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis) and traditional Panchakarma protocols.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total clinical experience, with at least 3+ years managing wellness programs in an ultra-luxury wellness resort or high-end retreat environment.
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site role. Must be willing to reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation provided).

- Clinical Consultations & Diagnosis: Lead comprehensive consultations, bio-individual Dosha assessments, and precise Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis) for high-net-worth Indian and international guests.
- Integrative Wellness Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the Integrated Wellness Center,



combining 60 years of Santhigiri Ayurvedic and Siddha medical heritage with quantum energy healing frameworks.
- Treatment Protocols: Formulate and supervise custom treatment plans, Kaya Kalpa therapies, Panchakarma regimes, and daily Sattvik nutritional guidelines tailored to each guest’s cellular and energetic profile.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of therapists, junior doctors, and wellness specialists to maintain absolute clinical purity, warmth, and 5-star service delivery.
- Guest Experience & Education: Conduct educational talks, workshops, and 1-on-1 consultations explaining the tri-centric connection of Body (Sthula), Mind (Sukshma), and Soul (Karana).
- Quality & Lineage Standards: Ensure all medicines, oils, and botanical formulations adhere to Santhigiri’s strict 60-year farm-to-cell purity standards.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

You must demonstrate a strong command of:

- Deep mastery over classical Ayurvedic texts, diagnostic methodologies, and Nadi Pariksha.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage comfortably with CEOs, ultra-HNWIs, NRIs, and international guests.
- Versatility in leadership—balancing compassionate patient care with strict operational efficiency.




- Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages like Malayalam is an added advantage given the Santhigiri lineage).
- Strong understanding of integrative wellness, including how Ayurveda aligns with modern stress management, gut health, and energy medicine.
