Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled AV Deployment and Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in AV system configuration, setup, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to create and interpret AV schematics that guide accurate installation and integration. Key Responsibilities

- AV System Deployment: Configure and deploy AV systems at project sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in line with project requirements.
- AV Schematics: Create, read, and interpret AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and signal-flow drawings to guide installation, configuration, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex AV issues such as EDID conflicts, signal transmission problems, and device malfunctions.
- Conference Room Setup: Install and configure AV systems in high-end conference room environments, managing all aspects, including audio setup, device networking, and system optimization.
- AV Over IP Systems: Deploy and troubleshoot AV over IP solutions using platforms like Lightware, Gefen, or Extron.
- Proprietary Systems: Utilize DVSI's proprietary platforms to manage AV deployment and configuration tasks. With your feedback being used to help guide its future developments.




- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver top-quality AV solutions, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Travel: Provide on-site support and be available for extensive travel across India.
- Site Surveys: You will be required to review diagrams and assess the status of a site confirming its readiness or compliance to a diagram
- Site Documentation & Handover: Maintain accurate site documentation, including as-built drawings, configuration records, punch-list/snag closure, and other project documentation. Support client training and formal system handover upon completion of installation. Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AV systems and computer networking, with hands-on experience in AV system configuration and setup.
- AV Schematics: Ability to create and understand AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and signal-flow documentation.
- Problem Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently in high-pressure environments.
- AV Over IP Knowledge: Familiarity with AV over IP systems such as Lightware, Gefen, or Extron.
- Experience with AV Systems: Proficiency in systems like Biamp, Shure, and BSS is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team Player:



Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently for projects across India.

Preferred Qualifications

- Specific experience in configuring and deploying AV systems in conference rooms or similar environments.
- Experience producing AV schematics and system drawings using CAD or AV design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, or D-Tools).
- Expertise with AV systems including Biamp, Shure, Crestron, Bose, Lightware, Gefen, or Extron. What We Offer
