Job Summary

FRO Tech Services is looking for an Automation Design & Execution Engineer to handle automation design, programming, site execution, and commissioning for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop PLC, HMI/SCADA, and control systems for water-treatment plants.
- Prepare I/O lists, control logic, electrical/control drawings, and automation documentation.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, and industrial communication systems.
- Coordinate automation installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning at project sites.
- Conduct FAT, SAT, loop checking, I/O testing, and commissioning.




- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
- Knowledge of Siemens/Schneider/Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, and instrumentation preferred.
- Experience in WTP, STP, ETP or other water-treatment projects will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
