Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Products Sales role based in Aurangabad. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting automation solutions and products, and conducting product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. The person in this position will prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth project execution.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing the sales pipeline, tracking market trends, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires participation in client meetings, industry events,



and on-site visits to understand customer processes and recommend suitable automation s olutions.Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of industrial automation concepts such as PLC/SCADA systems, robotics, Industry 4.0, IoT, and machine interfacing.
- Ability to translate technical features into business advantages, with experience in solution selling or consultative sales.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic data analysis for sales tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; a background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial automation or technical product sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
