About the Role :

Quadblock develops institutional-grade blockchain and DeFi infrastructure, including DEX aggregation, liquidity routing and reliable on-chain transaction-execution systems. We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join the Quadblock Engineering team to build and scale our DEX aggregation infrastructure, smart contracts, blockchain integrations and transaction-execution systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test and maintain blockchain applications, infrastructure and Solidity smart contracts.
- Build DEX aggregation capabilities covering quote generation, liquidity discovery, path optimisation, routing and swap execution.
- Integrate DEXs, AMMs, liquidity pools, aggregators and DeFi protocols across EVM-compatible networks.
- Develop multi-hop and multi-DEX routing strategies considering liquidity, fees, price impact, slippage and gas costs.
- Build reliable systems for transaction construction, simulation, gas estimation, signing and execution.
- Develop high-performance blockchain and backend services using Rust and/or Go.
- Work with blockchain nodes, RPC providers, WebSockets, event logs, indexing systems and real-time on-chain data.
- Integrate wallets, token standards, smart-contract interfaces and external blockchain APIs.
- Optimise system performance, gas consumption, routing quality, execution reliability and scalability.
- Diagnose blockchain, smart-contract, RPC and production issues.
- Write clean, secure,



tested and well-documented code.
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews and sprint ceremonies.
- Research emerging blockchain networks, DEX protocols and DeFi technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-7 years of software-development experience, including substantial hands-on blockchain or DeFi work.
- Strong knowledge of Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, transactions, blocks, wallets, keys, gas, RPCs and on-chain state.
- Production experience developing, testing, deploying and optimising Solidity smart contracts.
- Robust programming ability in Rust and/or Go.
- Practical understanding of DEXs, AMMs, liquidity pools, concentrated liquidity, swap mechanics and multi-hop routing.
- Experience integrating DeFi protocols, wallets, RPCs, APIs and liquidity sources.
- Experience with Foundry, Hardhat, ethers.js, viem or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-4626 and related token standards.
- Understanding of smart-contract security, access control, reentrancy and transaction validation.
- Experience with ABI interaction, calldata encoding/decoding, transaction simulation, gas estimation and on-chain debugging.
- Knowledge of event logs, indexing, mempools and the transaction lifecycle.
- Strong backend engineering knowledge covering APIs, databases, caching, concurrency and scalable systems.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD and code reviews.
