- Review of P&IDs; and Generation of all type of control engineering documents, PLC & HMI Specifications, Panel drawing, System architecture, Operation Philosophy Cause & Effect diagrams. Etc

- Programming experience in Ladder logic / Functional block diagrams / Structured text etc.

- HMI & SCADA configuration

- Understanding & Preparation of Engineering drawings, Instrument Index, Datasheet, Hook up drawing, JB & Cable Schedule.

- Understand the Design concept & development of Instruments of Package / Equipment

- Control Panels designing & Preparation of I&C; Engineering documents as per client specifications and Engineering drawings.

- Deep knowledge FT View SE/ME application development, Rockwell PLC& HMI configuration – Control Logix / Compact Logix, RS Logix / Studio 5000, Schneider, SIEMENS S7400 series, PCS-7, TIA Portal WinCC adaptable, Wonderware Archestra.

- PLC Panel Design, Maintenance & Troubleshooting expertise.

- Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to ensure timely completion of the assigned project.

- Customer specification review and requirements assessment

- Proactively coordinate with Project manager / Engineer / Field technician / Clients.





- Knowledge in various industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, HART, FF etc.

- Traveling to clients' locations.Detailed control, Automation & Instrumentation engineering of equipment Packages (compressor packages Dryer, Turbine),Lube oil system, Gas Seal Panels & Chiller plant, Renewable systems as per client specifications and applicable CODES and Industry standards,

- Engineering solution to meet client requirement, optimum design and selection of package components meeting requirement of standards/ codes and applicable specifications.

- Support Bid Management team in Pre-Bid, provide competitive and technically aligned techno- commercial quotes for Package

- Strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to perform multiple tasks with a diversity of challenges.

- Independently handle the project with minimum supervision.

- Computer skills are required at an advanced level.

- Must exhibit the capability to generate problem solutions, serve as an advisor or consultant, develop operating procedures

- Required to control costs, adhere to a schedule, and improve the quality of a product/service
