In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. Job Summary

Responsible The Project Financial Analyst role leads the financial governance, risk management,



and cost control for pharmaceutical R&D; product development pipelines and Capex involving manufacturing, facility construction and upgrade as well as but not limited to equipment sourcing projects. This role oversees multi-million-dollarcapital expenditures (CapEx), ensures strict budget management, timely implementation, and provides strategic financial analysis and periodic reporting to senior leadership. The role will serve as the primary financial partner to Project Managers, Engineering, Clinical Development, and Operations teams globally to maintain financial discipline and enable data-driven decision-making.

The Project Financial

Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial management of the Project portfolio and will work closely with CMO’s for accounting of the various expenditure while the project is ongoing.

Key Responsibilities.

- Rigorous Project Cost Control: Establish and maintain the baseline budget for each approved/authorized project during product development phase and construction phase; enforce change control workflows to prevent unauthorized spending or scope creep. This must be done in line with approved boundary of spending and cost in the project
- Detailed Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variation analysis comparing actual expenditures against budgeted and forecasted targets; isolate variances caused by timing, price changes, scope adjustment or operational inefficiencies. Ensure invoices are booked into the right projects and spending and cash flow estimates are appropriately adjusted with actuals.
- Support Budgeting: Support development for the cost estimates and trackers for current projects, ensuring assumptions are rigorously financially tested. Support budget development for multi-year projects and maintaining them in SAP.

- Proactive Forecasting: Develop and continuously update rolling cash flow and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasts based on actual progress and material commitments.Develop appropriate trackers leading to Cost and Schedule Performance against Cashflow projects.
- Early-Warning Reporting: Identify and quantify potential financial risks early; design performance dashboards (using KPIs like Earned Value Management)



to alert project teams of looming budget overruns. Highlight the budget cost / time overrun risk in advance to the management.
- Executive Financial Reporting: Present monthly and quarterly financial variance packages to steering committees and executive leadership, explaining the financial impact of project delays or milestones missed.
- Contingency & Reserve Management: Track the allocation and usage of contingency funds, management reserves, and provisional sums across all active pharmaceutical development and construction lines.
- CapEx& Cost Control: Monitor complex CMO/contractor billings, equipment procurement, and clinical vendor costs to mitigate budget overruns.
- Asset Capitalization: Direct the tracking and auditing of Construction-In-Progress (CIP) accounts, managing the transition to fixed assets upon facility validation.
- Strategic Reporting: Deliver monthly project profitability analysis, cash flow forecasts, and specialized R&D; tax credit reporting to executives.
- Contract & Change Management: support the procurement team in review of specialized vendor agreements, change orders, and industry-standard construction contracts (e.g., AIA billing). Also maintain invoice checks for ensuring contract compliance.
- SAP Transactions: Work through SAP transactions to maintain accuracy and timely updates to ensure project teams can continue spending within the approved boundary.

Person Profile . Qualification - CPA/MBA (Finance)/CA

Experience – 3-8 Years of experience in Project Accounting, FP&A;, or Cost Accounting

Must Have -

- Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial controls, especially GAAP/IFRS rules regarding R&D; capitalization, project accounting and fixed asset accounting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Have working knowledge of project management tools like smartsheet, jira, Microsoft project or the PMP workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
