Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation up to 5.5 LPA.

The Interior Design

Consultant will meet and consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets, and translate these into detailed design concepts and proposals. The role involves creating interior layouts, recommending furniture and materials, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing implementation to ensure designs are executed as planned. The consultant will contribute to sales by presenting design solutions, preparing quotations,



and following up with leads, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Regular tasks also include site visits, project documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and manage expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, material selection, and aesthetic detailing.
- Sales skills to convert inquiries into projects, present design proposals persuasively, and support revenue targets.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection, layouts, and styling to complement overall design concepts.
- Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
- Familiarity with design tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic project coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with vendors and contractors.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or home improvement projects is an advantage.
