ROLE INTENT The Associate Graphic Designer executes visual design across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms while maintaining MAG’s quality standards.

YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES In 3 Months — Establish Design Execution

- Deliver high-quality design output
- Understand brand systems and workflows





In 6 Months — Strengthen Design Ownership

- Take ownership of visual output across accounts
- Improve consistency and craft

In 12 Months — Progress Toward Lead Role

- Support major campaigns and brand development
- Develop leadership readiness

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design campaign and digital assets
- Support brand and campaign design
- Collaborate with creative teams
- Maintain visual consistency

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–5 years in graphic design
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Strong visual and layout skills
