Job Title: Associate Creative Director – Design QA/QC (Figma exp is a must)

Location: Noida

Experience: 7-10 years

Key responsibilities:

Creative Delivery & Project Leadership

- Partner with the Creative Director to execute the approved creative vision across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Partner with Creative Directors and project leads to manage day-to-day creative operations from briefing through final delivery.
- Manage priorities, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and project milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate internal teams and partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Translate creative briefs into clear execution plans and actionable direction.

Quality Assurance & Creative Excellence

- Enforce brand governance by reviewing creative assets for consistency with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and visual standards.
- Own the end-to-end QA/QC process for all creative deliverables before stakeholder review.
- Partner with the Creative Director to maintain and evolve governance frameworks and documentation.
- Guide internal teams and partners on brand updates and correct brand implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, and best practices to continuously elevate quality and creative innovation.

Operational Excellence

- Help improve creative workflows, asset review using automation, design systems, and GenAI-enabled production and QC tools.
- Support resource planning, alignment and delivery.
- Define and monitor KPIs for quality, delivery, efficiency, and brand governance.
- Identify gaps





Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Creative directors, Designers, Project managers, Marketing teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Communicate project progress, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in creative QA/QC, brand design roles within agencies, in-house creative teams, or enterprise marketing organizations.
- Deep understanding of brand governance, design systems, and scalable creative production.
- Strong project management and team management skills.
- Proven experience establishing structured QA/QC and creative review processes
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, workflow automation, and GenAI-enabled creative tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
