We are looking for a high-ownership Associate Consultant – Field Operations & Political Consulting to manage constituency-level ground operations and drive political strategy execution. In this role, you will bridge on-the-ground intelligence gathering with strategic advisory—overseeing local campaign teams, executing constituency surveys, tracking political shifts, and translating raw voter data into actionable intelligence for campaign leadership.

Responsibilities

- Ground Execution: Lead end-to-end field operations across assigned assembly or parliamentary constituencies, managing execution down to the ward, mandal, and booth levels.
- Local Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage constituency coordinators, field supervisors, and enumerators on survey methodology, data protocols, and campaign tasks.
- Logistics & Problem-Solving: Resolve on-ground operational bottlenecks, entry barriers, and local challenges quickly to ensure zero downtime.




- Voter Sentiment & Issue Mapping: Track micro-level political dynamics, caste/community equations, local grievances, and opposition narratives through structured surveys and stakeholder interviews.
- Strategic Feed & Recommendations: Translate daily ground feedback into actionable advisory, helping campaign teams adjust narrative messaging, candidate positioning, and outreach strategies.
- Campaign & Outreach Alignment: Work closely with local campaign managers to align ground-level door-to-door drives, volunteer networks, and messaging with central strategy.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in political consulting, constituency management, election campaign operations, or field research.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Operations, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields.

Political Acumen: Strong understanding of electoral dynamics, booth-level campaign management, and Indian local politics.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with using mobile applications, and basic data handling in Excel/Google Sheets.

Communication & Mobility: Excellent communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi language is a major plus); willingness to travel extensively and stay in assigned constituencies during active campaigns.
