Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Assistant IT Technical Consultant to join our IT team in Chennai. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solution delivery—evaluating systems architecture, driving digital solution strategies, and advising project stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Technical Solution Advisory: Assist in evaluating IT architecture, software requirements, and digital solution designs across enterprise systems.
- Requirement Analysis & Specs Review: Review technical specification documents, system integration proposals, and functional/technical design baselines.
- Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal business heads, external IT vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust IT solutions.
- IT Project Delivery & Quality: Ensure tech deliverables comply with enterprise security standards, system governance,
and IT industry best practices.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare clear architecture diagrams, system blueprints, evaluation reports, and technical roadmaps for IT leadership.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/ECE) or MCA / Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: 5–12 years of progressive experience in IT consulting, software solution design, or enterprise technology implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in system architecture, cloud solutions, and software application design.
- Practical knowledge of IT governance frameworks, system integration, and enterprise software lifecycles (SDLC).
- Proven capability in technical evaluation, risk assessment, and vendor deliverable management.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical thinking, technical communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
