About the Role:
Artfills is looking for a target-oriented Assistant Team Leader – Customer Support* to manage a team of 3–4 members and drive smooth class booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of 3–4 Customer Support Executives.
- Drive daily class bookings and team targets.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, bookings and team performance.
- Track MIS/data and make data-driven decisions to improve conversions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth class scheduling and bookings.
- Coach team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales or similar roles.
- Experience managing a *3–4 member team.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target and result-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
