We are having an urgent opening for the Assistant Sales Manager position for a reputed company in IT Software Services Industry in Delhi & Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly
- Build, nurture, and flourish relationships with existing customers and provide experiential customer service.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes.
- Convert leads into closure by using various means of communication, viz, cold-calling, email, messages, and nurturing relationship

Candidate's profile:

- Engineer and MBA
- 0–2 years of domain experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and present services to potential clients
- Ability to work independently as well as with team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valuable Exposure to LinkedIn Platform
