We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Professor – English to join our academic team for the BA English & MA English programmes.
? Role: Assistant Professor – English
? Programmes: BA English & MA English
? Location: Patiala, Punjab
? Work Mode: WFH for initial 1–2 months, followed by relocation to Patiala

? ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's degree (BA English or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Master's degree (MA English or equivalent) with minimum 55% marks.
- Ph.D. or UGC-NET/SLET/SET qualification in English/relevant discipline.
- Candidates must meet applicable UGC eligibility norms.

? EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY
- University-level teaching experience is mandatory.
- Relevant teaching experience in English Literature / English Language.
- Candidates with experience in an Online/Digital University will be highly preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic content creation and LMS-based teaching will be an added advantage.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and review curriculum, SLMs, e-content, assessments & academic resources.
- Conduct live online classes and provide academic support to learners.
- Coordinate course delivery through LMS and monitor learner engagement.
- Contribute to curriculum design, assessments and academic quality initiatives.
- Ensure academic content quality, originality and compliance with applicable UGC requirements.
- Collaborate with academic and faculty teams to enhance course delivery.

Candidates must be willing to work from home for the initial 1–2 months and relocate to Patiala thereafter.
