Your work profile

- Implement and support SAP Project System (PS) for project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Configure WBS, networks, activities, milestones, project structures, and project budgets.
- Integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and Asset Accounting for end-to-end project processes.
- Manage project costing, budgeting, commitments, actuals, settlements, and profitability analysis.
- Support SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution.

Key skills required

- Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) solutions for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Configure Project Definitions, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, Relationships, and Project Versions.




- Configure project planning, cost planning, budgeting, availability control, forecasting, revenue recognition, settlement, and project reporting.
- Design and maintain project templates, coding masks, project profiles, status profiles, and planning profiles.
- Integrate SAP PS with MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, PP, DMS, EPPM, and other SAP modules.
- Support Procure-to-Project, Project-to-Cash, and Capital Project Management business processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and Fiori teams for technical developments and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Prepare project documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, training materials, and user manuals.
- Participate in client workshops, project status meetings, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Education Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
