About the Role:

We are hiring a Workstream Lead (Assistant Manager level) to lead end-to-end execution of consulting engagements. You will be the primary day-to-day client interface, own workstream delivery, drive implementation on shop floor, and mentor Consultants & Analysts to realize measurable P&L; impact.

This is NOT a PMO Coordinator role. This is a hands-on Implementation + Consulting role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead diagnostic assessments, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping and root cause analysis on shop floor.
2. Develop and drive implementation roadmaps for Operations Excellence, Productivity Improvement, Cost Optimization, Yield Improvement.
3. Own Workstream Management: Project Planning, Action Tracker Management, Risk Mitigation, Governance Reporting, Advantages Realization Tracking.
4. Drive Change Management, Stakeholder Management & client workshops. Support Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations.
5. Lead initiatives in: Lean Transformation, Supply Chain Optimization, Inventory & Working Capital Improvement, Zero-Based Budgeting, Digital Transformation & AI Enablement.
6. Support Engagement Manager in business development and practice development.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - Profiles without this will be REJECTED: 1. Experience:

- Total Experience:



4 to 7 Years
- Relevant Consulting Experience: 3 to 6 Years MANDATORY in Management Consulting Firm only
- Must have worked in at least 2-3 end-to-end consulting engagements

2. Background:

- Consulting Background (Mandatory): Management Consulting / Operations Excellence / Manufacturing Excellence / Supply Chain Consulting / Business Process Re-engineering / Digital Transformation / PMO / Enterprise Transformation
- Industry Exposure (Preferred): Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Retail, Logistics, Plant Operations

3. Education - BOTH are MANDATORY:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Core Engineering ONLY - Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Computer Science
- MBA / PGP / Executive MBA / Pursuing MBA - MANDATORY (Specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Technology Management, Analytics preferred)

Technical Skills - MANDATORY:

- Excel (Advanced) - MANDATORY
- Power BI - MANDATORY
- Strong in: PowerPoint, Process Mapping, VSM, PMO Support, Status Reporting
- Working knowledge of: SQL (Basic), Tableau, Microsoft Suite

Core Consulting Toolkit (Must have): Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Process Automation, GenAI Productivity Tools, Productivity Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Cost Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Working Capital, Supply Chain Optimization, Project Governance, Change Management.

Certifications (Plus Point):

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, AI Fundamentals
