Role Description The Assistant Manager Multiple Effect Evaporator is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with environmental and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring process parameters, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining accurate operational records.

The role also involves implementing process improvements, supervising operators, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and preparing reports for senior management.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and continuous improvement of evaporation processes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Multiple Effect Evaporator operations, process control, and industrial utility systems.
- Experience in production or process supervision within chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance related to industrial evaporation and waste management.
- Ability to analyze process data, identify issues, and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
- Good coordination and leadership skills for supervising operators and working with maintenance and production teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and adapt to shift schedules as required by operations.
