Role & responsibilities - Assistant ManagerVideo & Motion Graphics Designer

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client account teams to create and deliver high-quality video and motion graphics assets for a range of platforms, including websites, mobile, social media, and digital advertising
- Translate briefs and scripts into effective visual concepts, storyboards, and motion design solutions that align with brand guidelines, audience needs, and campaign objectives
- Support the post-production process by editing video, creating motion graphics, refining sound, and applying visual effects to produce polished final deliverables

The successful candidate will possess

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools for incorporating 3D elements into motion design work
- Experience using industry-standard plugins and tools such as Maxon, Element 3D, and related creative extensions to enhance production quality




- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools to support ideation, workflow efficiency, and content production
- Robust visual storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret briefs into clear, compelling motion content

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications required

- 68 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and motion graphics work across digital formats
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand environment is preferred
