Role Overview





We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional to design engaging digital learning experiences and manage the smooth academic delivery of online programs. The role combines instructional design, content development, faculty and LMS management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design curricula, course modules, learning journeys, assessments and project-based activities.
- Convert faculty and SME inputs into structured, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
- Create presentations, infographics, video scripts, SCORM modules, and interactive learning activities.
- Develop content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, Genially, and H5P.
- Apply ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult-learning principles, and assessment frameworks.
- Manage academic calendars, faculty schedules, live sessions, assessments, grading, and program completion.
- Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, graders, product, technology, and learner-support teams.
- Manage content publishing and quality checks on LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar systems.
- Monitor attendance, LMS activity, assessment submissions,



learner performance, and engagement.
- Identify at-risk learners and coordinate timely communication and academic interventions.
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, reports, SOPs, and academic documentation.
- Support video shoots and collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign and promotional scripts.
- Use learner feedback and performance data to improve content and program delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Learning Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, academic operations, program management, EdTech, or higher education.
- Strong understanding of online learning, pedagogy, assessments, and learner engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline or similar authoring tools.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, and LMS platforms.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in certification, executive education, university, or professional-learning programs.
- Exposure to SCORM development, learning analytics, gamification, and AI-powered learning tools.
- Experience coordinating faculty, learner interventions, grading, and academic completion activities.
- Willingness to support occasional weekend sessions when required.
