- A diverse range of product categories.
- Significant work within traditional crafts.
- A commitment to sustainable production and manufacturing methods.
- Experience in the renewal of products through repair and circular design principles.
- Teaching Experience: Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in an academic or clinical teaching environment.
What We Are Looking For We want a leader who views design not just as an aesthetic pursuit, but as a problem-solving discipline. You should be an advocate for "slow design," repairability, and the integration of artisanal techniques with scalable engineering solutions.
