Qualification

- Master's Degree with Ph.D. preferred.

- Eligibility as per applicable University / UGC / regulatory norms.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Colleges / Universities.
- Experience in academic administration and institutional leadership preferred.
- Experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Dean / Head of Department is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership.
- Ensure effective implementation of academic programs.
- Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Promote research, innovation, and student development.
- Coordinate with University and regulatory authorities.
