Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished AWS Solution Architect – Agentic AI (Lead Architect) to spearhead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions on AWS. This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in AWS AI services, large-scale distributed systems, GenAI architectures, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

The ideal candidate will lead customer engagements, define strategic AI architectures, establish engineering best practices, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring strong technical depth, architectural vision, and customer-facing consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
- Define scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-efficient reference architectures for GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
- Design and govern enterprise AI platforms, frameworks, and reusable architecture patterns.
- Drive architectural reviews and ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.

Agentic AI & Generative AI Architecture

- Design advanced multi-agent architectures using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, and associated AWS AI services.
- Architect autonomous agent ecosystems with memory management, reasoning capabilities, tool utilization, and workflow orchestration.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems to support governance, compliance, and operational oversight.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) based integrations for tool enablement and contextual agent interactions.
- Define strategies for agent communication, collaboration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.





RAG & Knowledge Systems

- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging:
- Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases
- Vector Databases
- Enterprise Knowledge Repositories
- Structured and Unstructured Data Sources
- Design semantic search, contextual retrieval, and knowledge management architectures.

Enterprise Integration & Platform Engineering

- Define enterprise integration patterns with:
- REST APIs
- Enterprise Applications
- Databases
- SaaS Platforms
- Messaging Systems
- Third-Party AI Services
- Architect event-driven and microservices-based AI platforms.
- Drive cloud-native solution design using AWS serverless and container-based services.

Governance, Security & Observability

- Establish AI governance frameworks, security controls, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
- Define observability strategies for AI applications, including monitoring, tracing, logging, agent evaluation, and performance measurement.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Mentorship

- Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, and executive-level technical presentations.
- Collaborate closely with AWS teams, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product leadership.
- Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams on Agentic AI best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
