Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services such as Bot Service, Language Understanding, and Speech Recognition.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized conversational AI solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) models using Python and other relevant technologies to enable intelligent conversations between humans and machines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to conversational AI systems, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Job Requirements :
- 3-11 years of experience in Conversational AI development or a related field.
- Solid understanding of generative AI, retrieval augmented generation, STT/ASR/TT concepts.
- Proficiency in developing NLP models using Python or similar programming languages.
