Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets.

- Manage sales activities for industrial, agricultural, domestic, and commercial pumps.

- Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, consultants, and end customers.

- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.

- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.

- Generate recent leads through market visits, customer references, dealer networks, and project enquiries.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends, and activities.

- Expand the dealer/distributor network within the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Coordinate with the service/technical team for installation, commissioning, breakdowns, and customer complaints.





- Conduct product demonstrations and explain pump specifications, applications, performance, and benefits.

- Track sales pipeline and provide regular MIS/sales reports to management.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and dealers.

- Train and support dealers and sales executives regarding products and applications.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer and dealer visits.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pump / motor sales.

- Good knowledge of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, water pumps, motors, and pumping systems.

- Strong dealer and channel management skills.

- Good negotiation and communication skills.

- Strong market development and business development skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

- Knowledge of local market and customer network will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,020.85 - ₹58,311.41 per month
