Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive business growth for Mediwin Diagnostic Centre in the North Bengal region. Reporting to the branch in Siliguri, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue, achieving monthly targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding our network of collection partners. Key Responsibilities

- Generate timely revenue through proactive sales and marketing initiatives targeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients in North Bengal.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
- Market Mediwin's diagnostic offerings (pathology, imaging, and wellness tests) effectively to channel partners, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new collection partners (phlebotomy centers, labs, and collection points) to expand our service footprint.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and promotional events to build strong relationships and promote brand visibility.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to develop targeted strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipelines, target achievements, partner performance, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Siliguri team and other branches (e.g., Kolkata) for seamless operations and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain ethical marketing practices.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing or sales, ideally in diagnostics or pathology services.
- Strong understanding of the North Bengal healthcare landscape, with existing networks among doctors and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North Bengal (own vehicle preferred).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
