Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales growth
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors
- Expand retailer coverage and market penetration
- Execute sales and trade marketing initiatives
- Achieve business targets and strengthen market presence

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong experience in spices, food, or agro products preferred
- Proven expertise in distributor and general trade management
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
