Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for developing conceptual designs, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically aligned spaces. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams and consultants, reviewing design feasibility, overseeing material selection, and ensuring alignment with design standards and local regulations.

The Architect will participate in site visits, monitor construction progress, and collaborate closely with contractors to resolve design and execution issues. The role also involves managing project timelines, maintaining documentation,



and contributing to design reviews to uphold Tvastra Design LLP’s quality and craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional and visually coherent spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing execution.
- Familiarity with the integration of different building systems and design elements to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Comfort with Software Development concepts for architecture-related tools or workflows is a plus, especially in integrating digital design processes.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; valid registration or eligibility for registration as an architect is preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction practices relevant to projects in Surat.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, a design-focused mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality, durable spaces.
