Responsibilities

- Overseeing design and design coordination at site, preparing working plans, detail drawings from rough/detailed sketches, notes and coordinating activities.
- Coordination with consultants, client, and site engineers.
- Preparation of basic master plans and floor plans as per requirement
- Should be able to get shop drawings done.
- Should have exposure to statutory codes / Building norms, high end finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works.
- Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
- Handling projects right after design drawings to coordination with various consultants to freeze the working on the design.
- Preparing & working detail of drawings, set for construction.
- Regular site observation & check to assure the working on site as per architecture.
- Site coordination.
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
- Positive knowledge in Structural & Architectural Design Coordination of MEP Services works like Electrical, IBMS, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire fighting, and other auxiliary works.




- Preparing building models and structure plans
- Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the Project
- Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7to 10 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or Real Estate/construction company.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Should have handled High Rise Residential Projects.
- Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop and 3d Studio VIZ
- Highly creative and detail-oriented individual
- Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Demonstrating good leadership skills
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
