Role Description The Architect at Dreamspace Solutions will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing interior and architectural spaces that align with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring functional, safe, and compliant solutions across residential and commercial projects.

The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, refining design proposals based on feedback, and supporting project execution from initial planning through completion. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore,



with a combination of on-site work for client meetings, site visits, and team collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility for design and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design to develop creative, functional, and structurally sound spatial solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to plan workflows, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and support on-time delivery of design projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to integrating design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows that enhance architectural processes.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering software) and comfortable working with digital collaboration platforms.
- Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage effectively with clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred, along with relevant professional experience in interior or architectural design.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and sustainable design practices, as well as experience with residential and commercial projects, will be beneficial.
