Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai ​REQUIREMENTS:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the billing department to achieve organizational goals
- Establish and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals
- Collaborate with senior management to align billing strategies with overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the billing function
- Make decisions about what needs to be done to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in billing or accounting roles, with significant managerial experience
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
- Robust financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
