Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Angular Manager to lead our front-end development team in building high-performance and scalable web applications. In this role, you will oversee the development process, manage project timelines, and ensure the implementation of best practices in Angular development. You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing user experience , and aligning development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular
- Manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with back-end services
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the Angular ecosystem

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with extensive experience in front-end development
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects, particularly with Angular
- Strong expertise in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of up-to-date front-end build tools and practices
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and API integration is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
