Role Description This is a full-time Android Developer role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, offered in a hybrid model that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements.

The Android

Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and a strong user experience. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust app features, writing clean and efficient code, and integrating APIs and third-party services. The role involves participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues,



optimizing applications for different devices and OS versions, and staying current with Android best practices and emerging technologies. The developer will also contribute to improving development processes and documentation to support scalable and maintainable software.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and working with Mobile Applications.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Android Development and Android Design.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development, including object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Experience with Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of MVVM/MVP architectures, version control (Git), and test-driven development is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
