- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data standards and governance frameworks.
- Improve data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across systems.

- Strong experience in MDM tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with TAMR or similar ML-based matching solutions.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data technologies.
