Crispy Fusion, Mumbra is looking for an experienced American Fast Food Chef with a minimum of 4 years’ experience . The candidate should have good practical knowledge of crispy fried chicken (KFC style), chicken strips & wings, burgers, wraps, loaded fries, sauces and fusion-style American rapid food . Should be able to follow SOPs, maintain consistent taste, proper breading/frying, portion control and food quality. Should be able to cut chicken strips as per prescribed weight.
Experience in handling a QSR kitchen independently and working during busy hours is preferred. Local candidates from Mumbra, Thane, Dombivali, Kalyan and nearby areas preferred.
