AM/ Manager – HR (Regional HR – West Region)

Job Profile:
- This position will be responsible for complete employee’s life cycle management for West region from joining till exit.
- Will be primarily responsible for talent acquisition / recruitment including both lateral and campus hiring.
- Taking care of joining/ on boarding/ documentation/ complete induction process.
- Stake holders management across levels
- Coordination within team for various HR processes like appraisal process, training coronation etc
- HR reports & MIS

Desired Profile:
- Must be having solid exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions.
- Should have experience in Non IT recruitment.
- Preferably from core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised position other the store level hiring (if candidate is from retail industry)
- Strong communication skills
