Designation: AI Tech Lead

Location: Remote India

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of AI solutions and guide a team of developers, AI engineers, and platform engineers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML engineering, solution design, Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps, along with excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical delivery of AI solutions across Agile sprints.
- Translate solution architecture into actionable user stories, tasks, and technical deliverables.
- Lead and mentor developers, AI engineers, and platform engineers.
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, issues, and impediments.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective implementation of CI/CD, DevOps,



and MLOps practices.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and production readiness.
- Support production releases, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6–8 years of relevant technical/engineering experience.
- Strong experience in AI/ML solution design and engineering.
- Proven experience in technical/team leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Robust knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.
- Experience in technical estimation, planning, and delivery governance.
- Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Mandatory
- Scrum or SAFe Certification Mandatory
