We are QuickCode.com.au, building an AI-powered Construction Management Platform designed to transform and streamline the construction lifecycle. We are looking for an innovative, tech-savvy Business Analyst who is passionate about AI, technology, and solving real-world business problems through great software products.

About the Role

As an AI-Driven Business Analyst, you will work closely with the founders, developers, and future customers to understand business problems, define product requirements, and help shape the future of construction technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in building a new software product from the ground up, while using up-to-date AI tools to improve the way business analysis, product design, and software development are done.

- You graduated before 2020.
- You have not been involved in building a new software product from scratch.
- You do not have strong Business Analysis skills and a genuine passion for problem-solving and building innovative solutions.
- You don't have a good understanding about AI and related tools.
- You don't have a minimum of 2–3 years of solid Business Analyst experience.

Salary

₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from builders, construction professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Understand and map construction workflows and transform them into efficient digital processes.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve construction business processes.




- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, functional specifications, wireframes, and prototypes using modern AI tools.
- Work closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate as a Scrum Master and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Apply UI/UX principles when defining product features and user experiences.
- Create mock-ups, prototypes, and process visualisations using AI-powered tools.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications within the construction industry.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback.
- Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback, business needs, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of solid Business Analyst experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on new software products from concept to implementation.
- Strong Business Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira,



Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI to business processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Experience with process-mapping tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or software development methodologies will be highly regarded.
