This is an exciting part-time opportunity (4 hours per day) for an AI Adoption & Enablement Manager

Senior manager responsible for driving practical adoption of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT across global finance, operations, and shared‑services teams. Combines deep AI tool expertise with extensive finance/operations experience to identify, prototype, and scale use cases, coach employees, and measure tangible business impact while operating remotely across multiple time zones.

Requirements

- 12+ years of professional experience
- Extensive experience in Finance Operations, Business Operations, Shared Services, or similar environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete process improvements
- Excellent training, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and adaptable shift coverage
- Fluent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

- Lead practical adoption of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved Generative AI tools across global teams
- Design and deliver hands‑on workshops, demos, office hours, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions




- Create role‑based prompting techniques, reusable prompts, templates, and workflow guidance
- Partner with finance and operations teams to identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, reporting)
- Develop and maintain a library of AI use‑case playbooks, prompts, and best‑practice documentation
- Scale successful pilots across regions and build a network of AI champions
- Engage with leaders and employees worldwide, adapting communication style for cultural and maturity differences
- Drive change management initiatives to shift AI usage from learning to routine practice
- Measure adoption metrics, productivity gains, and other business outcomes

Nice to have

- Experience leading technology adoption, change management, or process‑improvement initiatives
- Background in global shared‑services, professional services, insurance, or financial services firms
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Power Platform
- Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and responsible AI practices
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related process‑improvement certifications
- Experience building learning programs, communities of practice, or champion networks
