1. Lead overall planning and scheduling for BOQ-based railway siding projects, ensuring timely execution as per approved scope and milestones.
2. Develop and monitor detailed WBS, baseline programme, resource plans, and project execution schedules.
3. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Client teams for seamless project execution.
4. Monitor BOQ quantities, work progress, productivity, and resource deployment against planned targets.
5. Prepare and review MIS, progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead plans, and management dashboards.
6. Identify critical activities, delays, and schedule risks and implement appropriate recovery/action plans.
7. Ensure accurate quantity reconciliation, client measurements, and coordination for billing and cost control.
8. Provide strategic planning inputs to the Project Head and drive timely completion within approved cost and schedule.
9. Must have valuable hands on Primavera / MSP & SAP
