Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Maintenance Management:
Lead and oversee maintenance and reliability activities for Coke Oven, CDQ, and By-Product Plant equipment including pusher/charging/transfer/quenching cars, compressors, conveyors, crushers, fans, and hydraulic systems. Ensure maximum equipment availability and protected operations to meet production targets.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct vibration analysis, lubrication audits, and thermography checks. Analyze breakdown trends, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and initiate corrective actions for long-term reliability improvement.
