Role Description

Should have experience in 2w/3w aftermarket. Any domain will do.

Location - Mumbai

Experience 8-12 years

Salary- 15- 18 lacs ( as per exp )

Should have experience to handle team of 20 reps across country.

Execute sales plan & strategy in line with Business plans

Develops & Execute action plan

Delivers sales & distribution targets across all KAM ( Key account Managers )

Establish, manage and scale independent dealer networks, wholesale distributors and stockists.

Lead high-level B2B commercial campaigns targeting mechanic clusters, retail auto hubs and corporate fleet operators.

Formulate optimal pricing architectures, commercial schemes, and loyalty programs to incentivize distributor networks

Collaborate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to guarantee optimal inventory forecasting and parts fill-rates.

Ensure aftermarket customer support,

Qualifications

- Proven experience in aftermarket sales or automotive sales, with a strong understanding of parts, components, and service-related offerings.
- Demonstrated skills in account management, customer relationship building, and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent customer visits, and field activities across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and aftermarket channels in India is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheet, presentation, and CRM software).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
