Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based at the Tathawade campus.

- Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, and explaining academic programs and school policies.
- Manage admission forms and documentation, coordinate entrance assessments or interviews, and maintain accurate records of inquiries and enrollments.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students, support outreach activities, and help meet enrollment targets.




- Regular interaction with parents, students, and external stakeholders is expected, along with adherence to school standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide timely, respectful, and helpful support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to nurture leads, present school offerings clearly, and support achievement of enrollment goals.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, preferably in school or academic counseling settings.
- Additional qualifications such as proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, front office, or customer-facing roles in the education sector.
