Role Description The Admission Counsellor / Senior Admission Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The role involves engaging with prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to understand their background, goals, and suitability for various programs.

The counsellor will explain course offerings, admission processes, and financial options, and guide applicants from initial inquiry to enrollment. Daily tasks include managing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, conducting follow-ups, and meeting individual and team admission targets.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine admission strategies and ensure a positive, informed experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic support and build trust throughout the admission process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments, handle objections, and meet admission targets in a structured, ethical manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, such as familiarity with academic programs, career pathways, or edtech environments.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles, and proficiency with CRM or lead management tools.
- Additional beneficial qualities include goal orientation, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Hindi.
