Role Description The Administration Assistant role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi.
The Administration
Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting senior team members with executive administrative tasks. The role involves performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation,
and coordinating internal communications to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily office operations and leadership needs.
- Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, document management, and basic record-keeping.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a service-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree or certification in administration, business, or related fields is an advantage.
